The 3rd Gen Tacoma (2016 – 2023) shifter is a two-piece design, featuring a billet collar and threaded shift knob. Both are made of 6061 aluminum. Made in the USA. We designed the top of the collar and bottom of shift knobs with a magnetic connection system and a raised/recessed locking channel as well to prevent the two from sliding around.
