We caught a lot of Alaskan salmon and enjoy eating it raw. We usually just slice it and eat it because making Nigiri rice is not something we perfected. Getting the rice just right takes practice. Rolling them has been a challenge for us in both form and size.These molds make easy work of it. We made a bunch tonight and they look great. They are easy to use and clean up easy too. For just a few dollars you should definitely give them a try and improve your sushi Nigiri skills. I am good at cutting the fish, so having the rice look nice will impress your friends and family.
