Description The Tie Up Valance features a lovely bouquet floral fabric design accents with coordinating straps.  It has a three-inch rod pocket and no header and is fully lined.  Use a continental rod for hanging. Dimensions: 52″ wide by 28″ long (flat measurement). The straps drop to approximately 16 inches.  Straps are sewn in and cannot be adjusted. 100% Cotton, the white lining is a Poly/Cotton blend.
