The Brisbane Storage Headboard(king) was easy to put together with one person. Just make sure the pictures EXACTLY match up. I made a small error and put a piece on backwards. Good thing I realized it right away. The pieces weren’t marked so the pictures really will help. But the piece itself is fairly heavy and decent for WalMart. My King size bed has a high mattress AND wheels on the frame so this bedframe was about a foot and half to low. My pillows were going into the shelving area. At first I placed old books to attempt to resolve the issue short term but that made the entire unit VERY unstable and wobbly. After researching the web for solutions I cam upon an ebay item that was PERFECT! It was a 8″X5″ furniture riser. Your supposed to use it to raise your bed but it works for the bed frame too! They are very sturdy and I placed 2 stacked on top of each other horizontally for strength and support.
