I wanted to provide a variety of lighting angles and light solution to my small kitchen so Im glad I installed this fixture. I have a cement ceiling in my townhouse so I didnt really want to perform any other work to install a track-light fixture so I purchased this product, knowing that it really is just a surface light. A real track light requires the track to be installed on the surface of the ceiling however this fixture provides the same flexibility and appearance without the extra drilling and work. Installation was very simple with no problems except that you need to provide your own light bulbs. The white finish helps to blend in with the ceiling color and prevent “lowering” the ceiling height due to focus perspective- always better to go white for ceiling fixtures. Of course the main adavantage to this style of fixture is the ability to position the 6 bulbs at the angle of your choosing. All these great features at a price below $40 makes this a great deal.
