The base has ten 3/8″ screw holes to attach arms, mics and more, with one 1/4″ 20 screw hole. On top of the ring there’s a centering “x” to line-up the collar with top of the lens. My only issue with the collar is the lack of anti-sliding screws on the base of the arca-swiss plate. But that’s more of a personal preference.Overall the collar is a very useful item that I’ll be adding to my camera bag.
