DRSP2243 Mag Throw Off Tension Adjustment Knob Factory Replacement Part This is the stock tension adjustment knob for Mag Throw-Offs. It is 5mm thread. Overall length is 1 7/8in.  The diameter of the knurled knob is 5/8in. It can also be adjusted using a drum key. Dale’s Drum Shop is an authorized dealer.
